If I receive a faulty/damaged product from The Libraries, what should I do in that case?
Extensive quality checks are done during the packaging and shipping process for our customers. You can contact our customer service at our WhatsApp number +91-7407740402 or at our email id info@thelibraries.in and they will be more than happy to assist you reach a resolution.
You are asked by us to WhatsApp the images of the faulty/damaged product, as soon as you open the packet. Once we receive the damaged Product, we will ship a duplicate order to you. In case the required product is out of stock, a full refund will be initiated.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, Refunds will be issued through your preferred payment method . It would take 48 business hours post refund initiation to refund your amount.
Are there any cancellation charges ?
If you cancel an order before it is shipped, no cancellation charges are applicable. If the order has already been shipped, we will deduct the shipping charges on the order as applicable and refund the balance amount. If a customer puts the wrong pin code, shipping address or contact number, and the parcel is returned to us, we will deduct the shipping charges as applicable and do a partial refund within 48 working hours after we receive the order.
